This is the WORST treatment I've EVER received from a healthcare provider. Shoddy treatment from top ("Office Manager" Lynn, to Dr. Osunsanya, to Shontoria) to bottom. They cared little to nothing about me my entire time with them as a patient. They were extremely rude and just as defensive as a bunch of thugs protecting each other from accountability and criticism. Lynn threatened to report ME when I attempted to file a complaint. Prior to this she had told her employee to hang up on me. When I called back, Lynn said: "....since you're no longer a patient... (Translation: since we can get any more money from you... I'm not going to talk to you any further." then hung up again. They are unprofessional, rude, unaccountable for their mistakes and vindictive when triggered. Exercise extreme caution dealing with this office.

My mother is currently and has been a patient at this clinic for the past 3 years. All of the staff has always been professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. During my mothers visit this week the staff was behind schedule, but they were very diligent in processing all patients. When my mother's appointment was finished she needed to have "lab work". I was told Icould bring her back at 1pm or proceed to another lab about 1 mile away. It was lunch time for the staff. The assistant proceeded to ask the lab technician if she could process my mother's lab. I honestly expected her to say "no". But....... Natisha said "YES" . I would just like to again say "THANKS NATISHA" . You made my day. People like you just go that extra step!

Dr Ibie and Dr Osunsanya were a great team for my mother Bettie D on her recent hospitalization for renal failure. Looking forward to working with them on keeping her healthy from now on. Great bedside manner, friendly and great at explaining things
