My teenage son is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with aligners, and we are really pleased with the progress so far. He’s about halfway through the treatment, and we can already see a significant improvement in the alignment of his teeth. We’re excited to see the final results once he finishes his last set of aligners.

I had terrible toothache and booked an appointment for a tooth extraction at 1pm today. They cancelled my appointment claiming they couldn’t treat me without actually getting a specialist to confirm that. On confronting them, they offered another time for 6:30pm on same day which I agreed to. At 3pm, they sent me an email saying that they had given the time slot to another patient because I didn’t confirm on time when I’d sent them a reply at 12.
Mind you, they never waited for me to confirm before cancelling my appointment but somehow gave my appointment to someone else because I responded two hours later. And they simply asked me to come at 6:30pm. It was never indicated that they needed a confirmation from me. Overall TERRIBLE SERVICE

There are not enough superlatives to describe everyone in the Team at Odontika. They have been friendly, helpful and above all very professional!! Having lost most of my teeth in a serious car crash and years of poor treatment in the UK. I was fortunate enough to learn about Odontika and Dr Ieva and now I have lovely new teeth which took a huge amount of work. At all times the whole experience has been a pleasure and I doubt I could have received this treatment anywhere else in the world!!! You will not be disappointed if you visit Odontika for treatment. They cancelled my appointment without prior reason and refused to book me in for another. I had complained about terrible toothache and they asked me to refer to another hospital without seeing me. They instead cancelled my appointment twice and tried to book me in 2 weeks from now

Ieva is a great doctor, and her nurses are great as well. My kids love the approach and I'm a client for almost 10 years.

My only concern is that some of the admin stuff is not equipped to work at a clinic, really. There's a gentleman who has zero empathy, and who's actually getting angsty when patients ask for help. I don't know why that man wants to work at a clinic and deal with patients, and I think it's just a bad choice for the clinic, because if this would be my first contact with the business... I would never return.

If you get across this person... just try to find a way around, and either talk to someone else or call on another day. The doctors and the nurses are all excellent
