Saw Dr Aragon when admitted to candler hospital, and all I can say is very informative and open listener. He was kind and understood my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. Yes, there may be a small wait to get ahold of office but that is any office nowadays. Staff over the phone was very polite and attended to my questions professionally.

Dr. Aragon is not a good listener. He THINKS he knows what his patients needs are BUT how could he when he does NOT listen! This doctor is in a unique position to help people, as there are so many gastrointestinal issues out there. But instead he depends on his outdated schooling, and his know it all attitude. If he would only open his mind and his heart, he could be a good doctor. Maybe it’s not too late for him. As a patient of his, I felt he did nothing to help me as I suffered with gut issues.. He only wanted to prescribe Linzess as if it was some miracle drug to solve all my problems. He refused to listen to my constant complaints about specific pain I was having and refused to do additional testing to find out what was wrong.. I have since moved on to another doctor.

My experience with Dr. Aragon was excellent. I saw him as a new patient. When he first walked into the room, it really felt like he wanted to be there and he was full of good energy. I had to go back for my first colonoscopy. Cheryl at the front desk greeted me making eye contact and had a smile which is rare in itself. Mel spoke me through what i could expect before and after the procedure, always smiling and speaking in a calming tone. Pam, the anesthetist was incredibly kind and explained what she would be doing from start to finish and she was assisted by Betty who was also gentle and reassuring. When Dr. Aragon came into the procedure room, he immediately greeted me and made conversation based on our first meeting, thos made me feel like he really paid attention to ke when we first met. I specifically asked for every body's names as this was the first time I truly felt like I was cared for right from the very first minute to when I was discharged by these amazing ladies with nothing but kindness and professional etiquette.
I highly recommend this practice!!

My first visit With del Aragon was very good. The problem happened afterwards. No responses from the office regarding ultra sound result until I called and requested feedback.
2n visit, I did not feel the se was interested in my health and asked me what I wanted from him.

Scheduled lab work. The results were in but did not get any feedback from dr Aragon or his nurse for 3 weeks until my daughter called them while we were abroad. Then the nurse calls and chew me out because my family is worried about me. She was very nasty.

Within 30 minutes they posted the lab work results. She read me the se notes which were inclusive

If you Trenton all the office no one answers the phone and Niobe responds to email

STAY AWAY from this place if you want to be treated as a patient with interest in your health

I have been going to Dr. Aragon for at least 10 years. Love him and his nurse that fought hard to get me treatment for hepatitis C treatment when it first came out. Insurance didn't want to pay but they made it happen. But had a colonoscopy 2 days ago. The staff seemed great until I was done. Woke up to...felt like bumper cars, banging my bed into the wall. Then did their best to get me out of there. Told the the nurse? I was leaking liquid from my and she kept telling me it was gas she finally gave me a pad. then rushed me out

Worst doctor of any kind that I have ever had. Dr. Aragon? More like Dr. Arrogant. I went to him because I was having some gastro issues from a pre-existing condition that I have had for many years and to schedule a colonoscopy. We talked. Or should I say, he talked at me. We agreed on a date to have the colonoscopy and on some very common medicine that I should take to control my intestines. I felt very uncomfortable around him and decided while walking out the door that I would not allow him to perform surgery on me. When I went to get my prescription he sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call and wait on hold for around 30 minutes before I got a human on the phone. Then when the pharmacy did get my prescription, instead of prescribing the drugs we agreed on, he prescribed a drug that I had never heard of... that cost $120 a pill when what we agreed would cost around 10 dollars for 100 pills. I then had to go back to his office, to get the correct prescription. I received my bill for talking with this arrogant Dr. Aragon for 20 minutes and the bill was $484. BEWARE!

Dr Aragaon's nurse was judgemental and snobby on the phone with me today. When you have an embarrassing issue to deal with and your husband simply tries to help by making the appointment for you. You don't need a woman with an attitude calling you and angrily demanding a reason for your husband handling a delicate situation for you. Learn to treat your patients with respect! Today is June 28, 2016 - this happened at 11:14am. I was told that I couldn't get an appointment until August 1. Obviously, my issue is serious enough that I need to be seen sooner. So then she says, she might can get me in July 7th - still quite a ways away. She resentfully explained to me that Dr. Aragon was at the hospital all week. How is that something I should know or care about as his patient?! Train your staff better. Treat people with dignity and respect. "First DO NO HARM!"

Read the reviews everyone. Stay away from this horrible place! The nurse named JENNY is NASTY and RUDE!! She literally called and yelled at me on the phone because I was concerned about getting lab results. I don’t know how she still has a job there!
