Drie weken geleden viel mijn man tijdens een fietstocht in de bergen van Mallorca. Een zorgelijke toestand en meteen werd hij per ambulance naar het ziekenhuis gebracht. Terwijl we nog op de SEH waren voor nadere onderzoeken, kwam daar Carien Dasseville van IMS ons bijstaan. Wij hadden geen idee wat deze organisatie was en hoe zij ons kon helpen. Maar dat weten we nu wel! Carien van harte bedankt voor je inzet. Je doet geweldig goed werk.
Nu na drie weken zijn we weer thuis en het herstel verloopt voorspoedig. Goede ondersteuning helpt de genezing.

Ich habe den IMS-Service mit meiner kleinen Cousine genutzt und wir sind begeistert!
Der Arzt kam in einer angemessenen Zeit und hat uns sehr freundlich behandelt. Am wichtigsten ist, dass er unser Problem gelöst hat, was uns am meisten am Herzen lag.
Zweifellos werden wir, wenn uns wieder etwas zustößt, nicht zögern, den Dienst in Anspruch zu nehmen.

Hi!
My name Jimmy and I called in with my wife a few days ago as she was feeling Ill. We were staying in the hotel ses fotges and The doctor came quickly and we were delighted with his service. We found out that she was dehydrated and the doctor sent us to a clinic up in the. She was put on an IV and within 2.5 hours she was all good again.
It was smooth, quick and we only had to pay for the hotel visit which was already refunded to us.

We can’t remember his name, but we would like to thank him for acting quick and therefore writing this. His name was something like earnes or Ernest and spoke an amazing English

Unsere Tochter wurde plötzlich sehr krank und das sehr spät am Abend, ich rief bei der IMS an und die Dame war sehr freundlich, leider musste ich versuchen alles auf englisch zu beschreiben, das war in der Aufregung recht schwierig aber ich bin froh dass es so eine Möglichkeit überhaupt gibt.
Nach einer guten Stunde kam der Arzt, Herr Doktor Miguel Galmes Pastor, in unserem Hotel an. Er war sehr nett und professionell und sprach deutsch das war sehr angenehm! Er hat uns sehr gut geholfen.
Die Rechnung lag bei 150€, Uhr weiß nicht ob das zu viel ist aber dafür dass er mitten in der Nacht in das Hotel kam und mir meine Angst genommen hat war es mir das wert.

We called a doctor from here for our sick toddler because our accommodation had their flyer with a freephone number (see pic). The doctor came, diagnosed bronchitis, but said he could not prescribe the antibiotics and that he would have to refer us to the hospital, who would then do X-rays and give us a prescription. The doc charged us 200 euros for the consultation. We then drove to the hospital and they insisted that we would have to pay another 300 euros for a consultation (any x rays or other tests would be on top). They informed us that the consultation we already had was of no use and they would need to do their own. There was literally no point in calling these people out, we could have just walked into a hospital or medical centre directly and saved ourselves 200 euros. It’s a con.

My daughter had an ear infection and we used the medical service. Very friendly and punctual doctor, efficient service. In less than an hour we had a prescription for the medication and we solved the problem to continue enjoying our holidays.
