Bij binnenkomst het eerste wat we te horen krijgen is dat het consult €150,- kost. Dat als ‘welkom’ gaf meteen al een raar gevoel, maar goed de gezondheid van je zoontje is belangrijker dan dat… Vervolgens echter kort toegelicht waarom we langskwamen en we kregen meteen de mededeling dat er een scan gemaakt moest worden en hij een doorverwijzing zou maken, zonder dat er uberhaupt naar ons zoontje gekeken was!!! Stress level op vakantie meteen hoog en dat zonder enige persoonlijke aandacht.
We hebben besloten hier niet direct op in te gaan en nog naar het openbare medisch centrum te gaan, waar ze ons zoontje super lief behandeld en nagekeken hebben.
Rekening van het consult zou gemaild worden zodat we deze konden declareren, maar hier wachten we nog steeds op, ondanks diverse mails en een vervelend telefoongesprek, waarbij de vrouw aan de andere kant van de lijn alleen maar bezig was met haar gelijk halen i.p.v. service verlenen.
Wat ons betreft dus zeker geen aanrader en vertrouw (in ons geval dr. Jorge) niet zomaar!

I had to go to the international clinic due an abscess in my tooth I was in agony, the receptionist was English which made it easier to explain what was wrong. She was very friendly and contacted the doctor who came to see me very quickly, he gave me antibiotics for infection it’s taken two days for them to start working but I’m so grateful for there quick response. I can now enjoy the rest of my holiday until I see a dentist back home. Thank you so much

Read the previous review was expecting to pay €70 plus extras of about €30. When we arrived at reception we were told it was €110 plus extras. After waiting about 5 mins in the waiting room some doctor appears in jeans and runners with a hastly lobbed on skivvy to try and look the part. After the appointment was over they were looking for €235 including a pre payment for the next appointment. No receipt as the computers were not working! They said come back the next day. Then the computers will be working and I can get a Receipt to claim it back. I got the feeling this was a stunt to lock me (the mug punter) into coming back for rip off round two. Ended up paying €135 for this appointment only. Went to chemist to pick up prescription. They told me they never heard of this place and that I should have gone to the public centre over by the main roundabout on the way into town. They will probably reply to this saying it’s “private” so things are different and I should have known. You can guys can label it whatever you want. I noticed a second place by same name appearing on google maps in the same Location. This could be them trying to get a clean pin. Don’t go here. Go to the public place!

I stayed at the Rubicon Palace last week and the doctor from this clinic visits the hotel every day. I was feeling very ill due to medication I had been prescribed here at home. I finally seen the doctor ( would have visited him earlier but was scared that I would be hospitalised ) How I wish I had seen him earlier! A jab in the hip, told to stop the medication and was able to enjoy the remainder of my holiday. Worth every penny.

Seen immediatly and problem solved. I had to pay for the prescription, but it is a private clinic, so I expected that( note I have yet to give anywhere 5 stars )

This is the worst clinic on the island. Happy to charge you €30 per prescription not including the €70 consultation fee. Then you have to pay at the pharmacist. It's robbery in a white mask

Abbiamo soggiornato a playa blanca ed abbiamo dovuto fare il tampone rapido per il rientro in Italia. Bravi e veloci. 20 euro i più economici.
