Pesimo trato! Llegue a mi cita 20 min antes y no me quisieron atender. Después de hacerme esperar para el check in. Soy paciente nuevo, primera y última ves q estaré ahi!! No volvere Jamas!

Where to begin. They make you come in before your scheduled appointment then have you wait in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes. After asking how much longer then they decide to tell you the PA not DR is running behind and we are next. Of course we are then taken to the exam room only to wait another 30 minutes and mind you it’s been over an hour we have been WAITING. I finally get up to ask the staff to confirm what time the appointment was at and of course it was at 9:15 am and it is now 10:17 am and still NOT SEEN. The staff only says , dr is behind and we have no control over it. I explain that I understand but don’t ask us to be here early only to wait and if they knew from the begin that they are behind then they should courtesy call patients to come in later. Staff didn’t give a $h!t about us PAYING patients nor does the PA. It’s pretty upsetting to read multiple reviews of the same issue in a short amount of months. We have been patients for a good while now and we will not be returning. Poor customer service, rude staff, and slow PA. Being in the medical field this is unacceptable. Put yourself in the patients shoes. BBB is next in being notified.

I have been a patient with Dr Aguilar’s office for 10 years now. He and his staff have always been great with me. I have never encountered a delay or issue all these years. Dr. Aguilar is a great and caring physician and takes the time to get to know you. He has even gone above and beyond with my family on certain health issues they have encountered. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Aguilar has been my doctor for over 30 years.
From his time at WellMed to his first single practice to now as part of Rogers Road Medicql Plaza, Dr. Auguilar has always treat me and my time with the upmost respect. When I was diagnosed with a brain tumor several years ago he made it a point to help in finding and recommending the top neurosurgeon and neurologists to help treat me.
I have recommended several friends and family members to him.
He and his staff spend the time to get to know you and treat your illness.
I highly recommend Aguilar Family Health Care.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here and wasting my valuable time. I took off hours from work to have my labs done. They tell me to arrive 45 mins early to fill out paperwork. Then I am seen by a PA not a dr. She then gives me a paper order for labs at another location. Wow. Waste of time. As I am checking out they tell me I owe $145 for the visit. I should've been told of this amount beforehand to be prepared. The older lady says I should know my benefits. What a waste Of time.

They want to charge you 25 dollars if you miss an appointment, but they make you wait over an hour or longer to see the provider. Been a patient over 15 years….i have had emough. Found new provider already.

The appointment was supposedly at 4, they told me I had to be there half an hour before. They moved me to the room at 4:20 and 50 minutes later the doctor still had not arrived at the room. They are dedicated to playing with patients' time, it is the worst delay for a primary doctor consultation. The medical assistants are not pleasant Aguilar Family is a disappointment in a medical office.Stay away!!!

I had an appointment at 2:30. I was running c 4 minutes late. I missed work. I hired a babysitter. When I checked in Ashley, the high school student working at the front desk said she wasn't sure if they would see me. She makes me wait 15 minutes in their dirty lobby all to be told that their fake doctor Karla Gracia wouldn't see me. I asked her why she would make me wait 15 minutes to tell me she wouldn't see me. She also stated that she expected me to be in the clinic at 1:30 in the afternoon for a 2:30 appointment. Why does anybody have to give a facility an extra hour of their time/life just so that they can run an insurance card. Not everybody is unemployed. The hospital had already provided them with all the information. Not to mention, they had verified that my insurance before I even got there. What more information do they need?I still don't understand why a fake doctor. (PA) Would even be considered for my appointment. This so-called doctor's office thinks that they are the only physicians in this city that will take my money. There were other patients and customers in the waiting room. One gentleman told me that he got there at 1:30. To be told that he needed to wait till 250p . All he needed was a paper for blood work so that he could come back. That they could have given to him over an hour ago. Overall the staff, scheduling team is GHETTO. Whoever owns this clinic does not care about their patients nor customer service. I should have read reviews before I even entertained the idea of using my hard work paytime off for this circus. It's evident that they only care about the free money they are getting from medicaid, and that's why they take advantage of all their customers and patients. It's very sad. If I was the daughter of that gentleman who they made wait for some paper I would have been ballistic if that was my father. I am going to take that gentleman suggestion and not give them business. I have choices and I have private health care. These people should not even be practicing. And they definitely should not be assigning a fake doctor for the 1st time knowing that they are going to receive payment as if it was a real doctor. No thank you.
