We are foreigners living in Japan and sometimes it is difficult finding a service that accepts and speaks English. The staff at United Dental are extremely efficient and very professional. I bring my 2 kids here for their dental needs. We have only had positive experiences here. The doctors speak fluent English so understanding the treatment plan when they explain makes me feel at ease. Their office feels very clean and comfortable. I will continue to bring my kids here for their dental needs.

Dr. Enatsu and his whole team of English speaking staff are incredible! A week after moving to Tokyo I experienced a major tooth abscess that needed urgent attention. They took me in same-day and gave me such a detailed and thorough assessment, explaining all of my treatment options. They showed me a CT scan of my teeth to really show where exactly the problem was, and made sure I fully understood what was going on in my gums.

I have extreme dental anxiety to the point of panicking during regular cleanings, but they were able to provide me with IV sedation to get through the root canal treatments. Thanks to the kindness and patience of the whole staff, I was able to confidently complete my follow up appointments as well. They really understand how anxious patients feel, and make sure to go extra slow and gentle so that nothing is distressing or painful.

They even saw me on a day they were closed during golden week when I urgently needed to refill my antibiotics, as the first round wasn’t enough. I’m so thankful I found United Dental, and that they were able to help fix the poor quality work done back in my home country that was causing me so much pain and discomfort.

I strongly recommend the wonderful staff and service at United Dental in Tokyo! I fractured my jaw due to an accident, and once it had healed, had serious issues with my bite being misaligned. Dr. Enatsu listened to my concerns and designed a custom treatment plan that took the least invasive method for restoring my bite. His caring and supportive staff took care of me every step of the way, and thanks to him and his state-of-the-art facility, my bite is better aligned than I had even thought was possible!

My wife had a great service at Azabudai United Dental Office. During our trip we had a dental emergency. The dental clinic was able to schedule us on the same day at a convenient time.

Staff and Dr. Hirokazu were very friendly and professional. He is US licensed and can give you the necessary documentation for insurance claims, prove of payment, and pictures for your dentist.

The office is located at a convenient location, very close to the Tokyo Tower, Zojoji temple, and teamLab Borderless: Mori Building Digital Art Museum. If you go as an emergency, use this as an opportunity to have your teeth fixed and have a tour around this exclusive neighborhood.

We have lived in many places and seen many good dentists but Dr. Enatsu has the best bedside manner of any dentist we’ve been to. My son gets so anxious about any type of medical appointment and he had to have a tooth pulled. The entire staff at United Dental was so patient, sweet and relaxed with my son and Dr. Enatsu was so good with him, making sure he was comfortable, checking in with him re: any pain. The tooth extraction went beautifully. My son gave him two big thumbs up. We highly recommend United Dentists!
