Tuve una cita por que hiba mal de la orina

me dejaron en un cuarto por más de una hora

y las empleadas tenían la música muy fuerte

Y salí y les dije que cuando me hiba a atender el dr y me dijeron ahorita les dije que ya tenía mucho tiempo esperando y el dr se molestó por que les dije eso y me dijo que si no me gustaba que fuera con otro dr. Pero de una manera prepotente y sarcástica y le dije que si me hiba y no me devolvieron mi dinero y si le alse la voz y dijo háblenle al 911 es un dr de lo más PREPOTENTE no se lo recomiendo ni a un moribundo.

I really recommend Dr Anwar Monroy, his Nurse Practitioner Rick Leyva and their wonderful staff.

They are very professional, attentive, and they pay attention to your symptoms .

You get a visit within a good time frame,according to your symptoms. They won't medicate you just because you called,they prefer to see you at their office, they really care for your health .

I highly recommend this couple of professionals Dr's.

IAM DISAPPOINTED THAT ME AND MY FIANCÉ WERE NOT NOTIFY THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER GOING TO ACCEPT AMERIGROUP I USED TO SEE DOCTOR MONROY SINCE HE WAS AT CANDELARIA MEDICAL HIM AND DOCTOR LEYVA KNOW OUR MEDICAL HISTORY NOW ITS GOING TO BE HARD TO FIND ANOTHER PCP. I WISH DOCTOR LEYVA HAD HIS OWN OFFICE AND WOULD ACCEPT WELLPOINT ?

Do not recommend. Over 1 hour wait time. Dr Anwar Monroy has no consideration for the elderly patient waiting. He is rude when you ask him a question. Takes offense. He has a bad attitude. Is not thorough and rushes out of the office. He truly does not care for the patient.

Dr Leyva that has filled in for Dr Monroy is a complete opposite and we do recommend seeing.

My grandmother will no longer return to Dr Monroy’s office. Staff is also unpleasant.

Took my 79 year old father in today and was waiting 90 minutes before we decided to leave. Asked them to get his medical records and they were not excited about having to actually do work. No customer service and they didn’t seem to care we were leaving. We will find another doctor.

Disinterested staff,

First issue when i arrived for my 8:00 am appointment..... door locked. No problem I was early, I get that. But a staff member passed me in the hall and went in and at 8 no one bothered to open the door to invite us in as you would expect from a courteous professional with patient care on their mind. Its not like no one knew we were there waiting. We had to knock at 8 :05 to get service and the perception from the staff member was that we were interrupting something more important. I signed in but was left waiting until 8:19 before i was called to fill out new patient forms, something i could have done long before my appointment time. Of course there was a good deal of loud socializing coming from behind the window.

The work ethic of the front staff here is more at their leisure then with patient care in mind and if this is the face of the clinic then I can imagine the actual physician is the same or worse. Fact is the staff take their approach to patient care from their leader as the standard. I deserve better than that and if I performed like that in my own clinic to my patients I would not have a job.

I took my 92 year old mother to see Dr. Monroy. During our first visit, he took a long time to get to know her and her situation and went through all her medicines with us. At our next appointment, she was given her physical, including a full memory test which she has never been given by any other doctor. He again took his time and spoke with us about our next steps. The wait time is minimal, the office staff is pleasant and helpful, and the doctor is thorough, professional and knowledgeable.
