Pues solo es el dicho del dr.aguilar por qué hay muchos doctores que atienden i eso ase que aveces no sepan bien el seguimiento de tu hijo,eso me pasa con ni niño, no es como que un solo pediatra lo vea.yo me cambie acá i puse mi 2 hijo pero la verdad no mucho me gusta, no le ayudan a uno hacer las citas solo le dan números para llamar i esi no es asi.en la otra clínica ellos me asian las citas por que aveces cuesta i lo único que e recibido de ahí, es tylenol i antibióticos nada más.

Hay dos doctoras que mayormente atienden a mis muchachos y me encanta como son… atienden muy bien, si la espera a veces es larga pero lo importante es que siempre he tenido el servicio que he querido y necesitado para mis hijos

Terrible. We have had three appointments for our newborn . Two appointments we spent over an hour and a half at the doctors waiting. This place is poorly managed when it comes to time. We showed up 15 mins early, we were taken back 40 minutes late. And in total spent almost two hours at this appointment. Completely unprofessional

This place is a disaster because of the people who work at the desk, one calls, one says that if there are appointments, others say that they don't, they seem like they don't know what they are doing. When one is there it seems like they are playing and talking things that are appropriate to the place, one has sick children one only expects due attention

Terrible patient care! Staff is not very empathic. Physicians do not stay long; which says a lot. Dr.Aguilar is way too busy to care about his patients. He is the owner and seems to care more about making money than being compassionate to his patients. The telephone has no option to speak to someone so you have to jump through hoops to get to someone every-single-time. Try the number if you don't believe me. They take messages and do not call back. The waiting area was filthy(at least the last 2 times I was there). Most importantly they lack compassion. Do yourself a favor and choose a physician who is practicing medicine because they actually care for people. Save yourself the copay! read the reviews, it says it all!!
