Estaba de visita en Malaga con unos amigos alemanes y necesitábamos un médico que nos pudiera atender en inglés. Nos atendieron rápidamente y sin ningún problema de comunicación!

Contacted them as we suspected our 2.5 year old daughter had an infection. Took over an hour for them to call us back and they told us to go to a Quiron Salud hospital a 20-minute drive away. There was a very long wait to be seen. We managed to get antibiotics prescribed, but were told that they would run a culture test (for which we paid 100 EUR) to test the efficacy of different antibiotics. It's been well over a week and we've heard absolutely nothing. We contacted this medical center again to ask them to look into it, and they told us that the hospital told them there are no pending tests. I've chased a few times since and they don’t respond. Needless to say I don't recommend this company - they aren't a hospital themselves and instead just refer you to one that is frankly inadequate, and have no control over the quality of care you receive.

I had a huge severe allergic reaction which resulted in horrid painful blisters all over my face, whilst on holiday in Majorca from the UK. I found this website on the Internet and it looked very trustworthy so I decided to go ahead and book a consultation for €40 and that was for about 45 minutes time from when I booked it, so super quick! So glad I did as I sent pictures over of my skin and was told what I had and within 5 mins they had sent me an electronic prescription to my phone for antihistamines, corticosteroids and an antibacterial cream to prevent infection! All it cost me was less than €10 euros then in the pharmacy for all 3 items!! I have to say I think this service is so much better in comparison to anything in the UK medical services! So I’d give 10 stars to this company if I could!! Super thank you!!! Ps they have ways of contacting you - some WhatsApp and some via a video link, so please read thoroughly on the website for what you need and download to your phone before you make an appointment, so that your ready to receive their calls as I wasn’t ready lol! Also, make sure that you have a good signal on your phone too!!

I contacted them regarding a ear infection whilst I’ve been travelling. Soooooo easy to deal with. Booked online, met with GP and done and dusted!!! Thanks so much, always hard when travelling and you get sick in a foreign speaking country!!!

I was on holiday with my friend Charlotte Mitchell who is severely disabled due to having MS, she became unwell and we contacted your medical service and had a telephone consultation. The doctor was called Ben and he was very helpful and kind. He prescribed medication for Charlotte and her condition improved following taking the medication. We were very pleased with the care he took in helping Charlotte.

When I needed to see a doctor in Malaga I called Doctor / Läkare 24h. I wanted to see an english doctor in the Malaga City Center and so I did. Everything ran very smooth, they even had a swedish doctor in their hospital. Highly recommended ! Great competent staff.

Amazing staff, took care of me when I had a lung infection, and even arranged other services. $40 for the consultation and wrote prescription. Had a flare up and they arranged a wonderful hospital for me to go to with the most amazing staff. Can’t say enough good about this service and doctors!
