Amazing Doctor! I've had many doctors in my life. But this one, is the best. He listens, he finds solutions to my problems ( or ways to make it better), He's more educated with my diabetes than my previous doctor. He's caring and very well experienced in Diabetes. I will be staying with him.

-For those complaining saying they didn't get a call for their lab results... every single room has posters saying they don't give out lab tests over the phone- for privacy reasons. Can't get mad at someone, when you can't even read a piece of paper.

This practice is always overloaded. You can never get into the office JORGE Montalvan does not return phone calls nor does his nurse April.April will never pick up the phone to return patient calls . This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a doctor in my life! I have been diagnosed as diabetic and you would think the doctor would regulate my medications I have to beg for phone calls back, I receive blood tests and never get a calls with results.

When I do get into the office the doctor is interrupted at least 10 times during each visit I never feel like the doctor is focusing on me. I cannot get my meds regulated I am not sure I am on the right meds.

Thank you Dr Montalvon.. I hope your treating other patients better than you have treated me if your that overloaded hire another partner!

Dr Jorge Montalvan is the most passionate doctor you could ever meet. He has the experience and knowledge to diagnose you to get the right choice of medication and answers to get better fast. Dr montavon sits down with you and explains what you have. I've been to many doctors but he's my number one doctor for my primary choice doctors.

Dr. Montalvan is a very compassionate and caring doctor. We happened upon him through an emergency situation several years ago, and promptly changed our primary care designation. His nurse, is just as amazing. It's obvious they both love what they do. It's a pleasure being his patient.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt so bad about a doctor than Dr Montalvan. First of all he has no bedside manner, more like a robot than a human being and in my 2nd yearly visit to him he made me feel very very uncomfortable.

I asked him to prescribe Clonazepam for my anxiety since my brother takes it and it works for him and he made me feel like I was some sort of druggie or junkie. He says to me, “this is a controlled substance and if you get hooked on it, I cannot treat you anymore.” I was stunned! Who talks to a patient who needs help with anxiety as if they were hooked on drugs? I told him how he had made me feel and he didn’t seem to care so I will no longer be going to him. Totally disgusting behavior.

I never write reviews. Today I just wasted 3 hours of my life. I got to the appointment early. Waited over 2 hours. I still have not been seen. I visited this practice 4 times and twice have had the exact same experience. Very disappointed. I am actually walking out of my appointment and disputing the copayment charge with my credit card company. Sadly, doctors for the most part all operate the same. Unless you are retired or have nothing better to do with your time, you will slowly watch your health deteriorate because doctors don’t care about maintaining their appointments. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about the wait too.
