I was in their ER approximately 2 weeks ago in excruciating pain. It was around 1a.m. when I arrived by ambulance. I had a wonderful experience from the paramedics who took me there to all hospital personnel I came in contact with. All very attentive and just great. I was there for 6 hours and I honestly can say it was smooth sailing for an ER department. My hat's off to everyone there for doing such a great job. If I ever need emergency care again, I won't hesitate to go to this hospital. They take really good care of you.

The lack of compassion, understanding, and patience towards my daughter is unfathomable. The charge nurse, the staff nurse all unprofessional with either attitude or sarcasm. Had better service in ER than on the admittance floor. Its like they can't be bothered with a young child's care to help her understand what is happening to her. When a young patient is fearful and anxious and has a panic attack in front of a medical professional and the response is ... "This isn't helping" ... Just Wow. Unbelievable how terrible bedside manner is. If as a parent I was not here to help her advocate her healthcare she is paying a fortune for, I couldn't imagine how they would treat her. She requested to see her test results and they answered she wasn't allowed to see them! Its her blood her results her scans her results and she was told no! She was not allowed to see any results of any tests they have been running for over 24 hours. Don't come here. They will keep you hostage claiming worst case scenario so they can charge you unnecessary money for unnecessary tests and waste your time giving no answers. This is poor medical ethics so they can stay open.

This ER has deteriorated. Was here 10 years ago. Positive prompt experience. Today here with family member and the wait time is horrible. The er itself is dirty and well need of maintenance. Capacity issues here, everyone has been friendly but under staffed. Short conversations, some items may be overlooked so advocate for yourself. Linens on bed were washed but really looked used and time to replace. Over a 5 hr wait and still waiting in hallways with several other people as there is no room availability. Consider going somewhere else, although the options locally are probably worse (Christ). ☹️

The emergency was great even though we were there for hours and it was crowded; everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. They kept the process going and were performing test and waiting for results. Once my husband was admitted, the exceptional level of care continued. Very happy with the experience.

Yesterday 1/04/24, 11am- 12:30am. Well, if we didn't have to wait 11 hrs in the emergency room waiting room and a total of 14 hrs all together, I would have given 5 stars. To start, the women who I would describe as manager nurse (check in desk) was just incredible in how she dealt with every different situation that came her way! Honesty was blown away by her compassion and serenity through it all and helped the whole experience beyond measure. All the other nurses we encountered were amazing, nice, supportive, professional, and kind. And the Dr. who seemed to never stop urgently caring for the patients was outstanding. You could sense a knowledge and that he was very skilled in his craft. Lastly, get it together health care, the system can not operate forever on such a shoe string operation with the weight of the service on the backs of the people. People are obviously overworked, and health care needs are ever increasing. I witnessed a number of people leave after a 5 hr wait. Put that money lost into a better system for all.

LOVED my experience in Radiology for my CT scan this morning. Everyone we encountered - mind you it was 6:30-7:00am on a Saturday morning - were kind and informative. Every person had a wonderful aura to them and I was confident in my procedure being pleasant. Jon L. was my main CT Tech and his kind, calming, and intelligent disposition was very soothing. I was at ease throughout the procedure, did some Breathwork in the 15 minutes between the dye stage and the third round. The iodine dye sensation was more interesting than terrifying. It really was a wonderful start to my day - considering all week I was riddled with anxiety and depression over the potential results of the scan and stress from work. My condition is easily worsened by added stress but there was no stress to this visit. Thank you so much for being a wonderful group of people who helped me. True healers and caretakers. Many blessings ?
