My first appointment was great. The front desk staff greeted me when I walked in and got me checked in quickly. Jessi was friendly and did an excellent job on my teeth. Jessi seemed to happily clean my teeth even though my teeth needed some extra cleaning because it had been several years since my last dentist appointment. Dr Rodek was very nice and professional. Everybody was nice and genuine.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly, Lexie sings at the front desk which tells me she loves being there. Samantha was the best she was a pleasure to talk to and performed my X-rays and cleaning without any pain or bleeding. I’m sticking with her…

Great experience, I work irregular hours and love how they offer to put you on a call list to get seen sooner if someone cancels at a time that works well for you. Dr Rodek and the rest of the staff are very friendly and capable.

Love Christine, she is wonderful. The way the billing is handled is awful. Husband has outstanding balance from 2023, no idea what for and no bills received. We were both there in February, nothing said. Husband goes early August, nothing said. I go yesterday and they weren’t going to treat me unless I paid balance owed. Have been going to this office since before they were bought out and have never experienced anything like this.

I've never had a worse experience with a dentist. Now that Dr B is gone I was forced to deal with Dr Rodek who is rude and comes across extremely aggressive which are traits I do not want or need in a dentist. My teeth are less than perfect, but they are mine. Dr Rodek didn't listen to what I wanted and pushed to do things her way which would leave a hole in my face for 2 months until I could be seen again for the procedure she recommends at a price of over $1k. Didn't care what I wanted at all. Didn't listen. Oh also, it's obviously just about the money here because as long as they can bill insurance, they will tolerate you. Dr Rodek showed no compassion or anything. Worst dentist ive ever seen in my life. The desk staff are super helpful. I will never go back

I had a great visit. Got my teeth cleaned with my favorite hygienist Jennifer and had an exam with Dr Rodek. Overall my visit was pleasant. I will see them all again in six months without fail.

I went here years ago for major pain that turned out to be a broken and infected molar. They were kind and got me through it, identified a surgeon for me, and improved my overall health in the process. Then, midway through treatment, I had a horrible experience with one of the dentists, that reminded me why I was fearful of them to start with. I hadn't gone back in a couple years. Yesterday, I got in on a short notice appointment, thinking something was wrong, which turned into a cleaning and x-rays, but no actual damage, and the hygienist was patient and kind. I'm going to get the rest of my long term work done now, that the problem dentist has moved on.

Christine does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Rodek did a thorough job examining my teeth. As someone who used to really fear dental visits, this practice puts me at ease.
