Reposting since my original review of this dental clinic that engages in malpractice was taken down for no reason.

My aunt had visited this dental practice for a tooth extraction procedure. Unfortunately her experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. During the administration of anesthesia, the needle broke and BECAME LODGED IN HER JAW - towards her upper ear. This resulted in immense pain and discomfort which resulted in further complications as later attempts to remove the needle by other oral surgeons were unsuccessful.

The lack of immediate action and resolution by this dental practice / team is concerning.

She required surgery from the emergency room to remove this needle.

I'd advise steering clear of this dental practice. It appears they attempted to create fabricated reviews about being pain free and gentle after I had posted this on Yelp and Google reviews. Even making efforts to have this removed.

I had unfortunately chipped my tooth and wanted to have it looked at as well as go for a routine cleaning. A friend had recommended Dr. Jung’s office and it was conveniently within walking distance from the 7 train on Main Street. Making an appointment was as simple as calling in. Reception took my name and confirmed they took my insurance and was very helpful in getting me a weekend appointment with Dr. Ho. When I arrived, I filled out a few forms and didn’t wait long until I was in the chair for a cleaning. Nicky was the hygienist that did the cleaning and was very thorough. Dr. Ho saw me after about the chipped tooth and confirmed I needed a filling. He patiently explained the procedure and reception was quick to let me know how much it would cost. The procedure was relatively quick and I felt no discomfort. Overall very satisfied with my visit and made my next scheduled appointment as I was walking out. While I didn’t see Dr. Jung, I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and the team that helped me that day.

I can’t recommend Nicky and Dr. Chan at this dental office enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Nicky’s gentle demeanor and thorough explanations put me at ease during my visit. Dr. Chan’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my treatment. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to patient satisfaction. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care, look no further than Nicky and Dr. Chan at this office!

The front desk and dentists in the office are knowledgeable and professional. It is evident through their careful explanations that they care about their patients. After visiting multiple offices to be evaluated for a mouth guard for grinding, this practice was the most honest and straightforward. The mouth guard that Dr. Ho made fit like a glove and so comfortable to wear!

I’ve had really bad experiences with other dental offices and was scared of having another bad experience. But from my first appointment here, it has been nothing but amazing and comforting. Dr. Chan is magical when it comes to injecting anesthesia. I didn’t feel a thing! And Nicky gives the most gentle dental cleanings I’ve ever experienced. I never thought a visit to the dentist could be so pain free. 100% recommend

Have never felt compelled to review a dentist before but my experience here was spectacular. From the phone call I had to set my appointment to arriving at the dentistry to receiving my cleaning, the service was impeccable. I had a very easy time as a first time patient there and they even sent me home with free toothpaste, a toothbrush, and cute small container of floss. Staff were professional and friendly and the person who cleaned my teeth (Ying I think) was very nice. The doctor saw me for a bit and was very kind. Overall a very good experience. I did have to wait about 30min before being seen after arriving and filling out paperwork but that's pretty standard I would think. I absolutely recommend going to this dentistry.

There is no better words to describe how much I appreciate with the excellence services from Dr. Jung's office. Bone graft procedure was done perfectly. Schedules maintenance of deep cleaning from Nicky was done without any discomfort.
