It was the worst hotel experience of my life. Even people at mountains would provide you better services than this hotel.

We had 5 of their rooms and each of them needed some repairs.

Door locks, bathroom exhausts, and bathroom lights weren't working.

Constantly water dripped from their AC and it got into their cupboard which was placed just beneath the AC, and it messed up all our clothes and bags.

Rooms are very small, bathrooms are smaller, and washbasins were smallest, they were not able to fit our hands within them to wash.
Water pressure in the shower was so low that water just dropped from it and so close to the wall that you won't be able to use that. Taps were working fine but the buckets and mugs were so dirty that you won't feel like using them.

Their room service was so bad, we ordered snacks in the evening and didn't receive them till dinner time. We were given towels a day after we checked in. The staff was not responsible at all.

Food: Tasty food, although delivery times were slow.

Negatives:

Slow Service: Extremely slow response times for basic requests like towels, food delivery, and fixing the TV.

Unresponsive Reception: Difficulty reaching reception by phone, often requiring multiple calls.

Unreliable Amenities: Broken TV remained unfixed despite repeated complaints.
Limited Kitchen Hours: Short kitchen operating hours (11 am - 8 pm).

Early Check-In Fee: Charged extra (500 rupees) for early check-in despite advertised price (390 rupees).

Recommendations:
The hotel has the potential to be a good option with its convenient location and friendly atmosphere. However, significant improvements are needed in service responsiveness and addressing guest requests promptly.

I booked on gibibio app and I paid full amount for one day through and took double amount as per generally price, I booked for 600/- change through app and they took extra 500/- for booking because they going to charge as per day chargers and they won’t accept app price then oyo services why you are giving wrost services to middle class people remove that hotel in oyo room or otherwise change the real price in the portal.

Had booked on OYO and once you reach the place , He will ask you to pay extra and tells the online app has technical issues due to which lower price was given. stains, no TV, even the door lock was not working. No water bottles, towels or room service.

We have booked 2 rooms through OYO and paid amount online but when we came to this hotel
They denied for the entry. It's a really surprising for us. We all 4 engineers cheated by Oyo and This Collection 0 cafe 8 hotel.
