I called this doctors yesterday as my one year old son became really unwell with fever, cough and lethargic, the doctors were fantastic and came out almost straight away. The doctor spoke great English, very friendly, empathic and professional. Prescribed antibiotics and nasel stuff, my som is now on the mend so we can enjoy the rest of our holiday

Very good service from this medical practice today. My daughter was unwell whilst on holiday - the hotel called this Doctor to attend. He arrived quickly, was kind, understanding and used a translation app to help bridge the language barrier.

Amazing service! I lost/had my meds stolen and needed a prescription due to the type of medication. I initially went to a different doctor (or should I say a doctors house?) and he refused saying my type of prescription was banned and basically closed the door on me. I’m glad I did some research as I found out my medication was not in fact banned.

I called up this doctor and straight away they said if I brought in my uk prescription they could prescribe me it for only €30! The prices were so so good compared to another doctors I rang which said it was going to be €80. I’m so glad I found this doctors, their service was excellent, fast and kind. I only wish I had went to this place first as I spent my day worrying that I might become seriously ill from not taking my medication for a week! Thank you so so much.

Excellent service. My son got high fever during our vacation and needed to see a doctor. I can highly recommend this place. From the first moment with the receptionist to the doctor appointment, everything went fast and smoothly. Very friendly and helpful service with reasonable price. I am really thankful.

Der gerufene Arzt war zu meiner Üerraschung in kürzester Zeit im Hotel - sehr gut!
Nach Begutachtung des entzündeten Fingers erklärte er in englisch und ein paar Wörter in deutsch die Behandlung.
Dann ging alles sehr schnell: örtliche Betäubung, Desinfektion, Schnitt, Verband, Rezept.
Der nette junge Arzt aus Venezuela behandelte professionell und erfolgreich!

Und das Wichtigste: Bar- oder Kartenzahlöung möglich!
Die Liquidation war als Privatpatient völlig in Ordnung im unteren Preissegment angesiedelt.

Came here with my boyfriend while on hospital as his throat closed up, seen us quickly although the doctor only spoke Spanish and the receptionist had to translate, they then decided between them that my boyfriend would need to be on a drip and when my boyfriend decided he didn’t feel comfortable for the drip they still charged us for it, they seemed really unprofessional as they claimed they got a price discount for us which in a doctors office is very weird. They also only gave us 1 day worth of prescription to split between 3 days, we ended up having to go home early and 400€ down. They also claimed to give us another prescription which they didn’t.

Wonderful service when my husband needed to see a doctor today. Very helpful English speaking receptionist and the Dr was very empathetic, thorough and caring.
Couldn’t fault this practice if I tried !
Given a prescription for 3 items so hopefully on the mend in a few days.

I had to wait a while as the doctor was out on a house call. Once I got in to see the doctor he was very thorough with his examination and relevant questions. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and hopefully will be on the mend soon. Couldn't fault the service I received and would recommend it .
