The dentists are good, but their staff for billing, for explanation, for appointments is awful. Make sure you get a quote of every single procedure in writing. Make sure they explain the simplest of procedures b/c Perio Maint cleaning is different than Prophylaxis cleaning. The difference is $78 compared to zero and it took them almost a year to notify me and send me a bill. They never ever told me this. I consented to the Periodontal Scaling, but they threw in doing cleaning maintenance in that same consent and the risks if you didn't do it. It was NOT an agreement to that cleaning.

The MHC doctor staff is just as bad. They say they're under your plan and they're not. They change procedures but not bother to tell you. Their lab tech is always late.

Oh yeah, and the dental change your appointments without calling you to tell you. I went to my scheduled appointment only to find out it had been changed. This happened twice. Their main office in Marana is pretty far for me.

I will be going back to ACP (Arizona Community Physicians) network. I never had any problems with them at all.

If you are looking for a new doctor or nurse practitioner I highly recommend MHC. This place has everything under one roof! You can see your doctor then go have your labs done, get an x ray or mammogram, and they a pharmacy all in one building. So convenient!! And they offer urgent care and behavior health services also. Staff is friendly and helpful and truly care about you. I have used them for over 7 years at different locations and continue to be satisfied with their services.

Location is quite remote and while parking is ample, it was difficult to get a space for a 1 pm Thursday appointment. That said, the care was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was almost no wait to be seen. A quite welcome change from most Tucson area medical services provider.

It's an almost new, very attractive and spacious facility with nice, attractive large public waiting areas on each floor. I wish all medical office centers were this pleasant.

I am so impressed with the MHC dental staff. They provide outstanding care and they do so with both technical skill and compassionate focus on patient comfort. Dental visits are not high on most people's lists of fun things to do, but the dentists, assistants, and hygienists that I've encountered at MHC have made every one of my visits a satisfactory experience.

I love this dentist it's the best I've had since my childhood one JFK (that wasn't a joke either his name was literally the name of the president lol). I have to come from Tucson Arizona to Marana Arizona just to get my teeth done, I am a girl who has high anxiety driving long distances but I always look forward to coming back up here because it is so worth it, good people, good dentists who do amazing work, literally looks like I never had bad teeth problems at all, I feel like those commercials where they say feel good about your smile while beaming in the mirror. I look forward to my appointment Friday. See you guys soon!

I was notified my provider was leaving the practice. When I called to schedule an appointment with a new provider, they scheduled me for a telehealth appointment and I told them I needed someone to take over prescribing my blood pressure medication. I rearranged my schedule and took the first available appointment, which was a couple weeks away. The day of my appointment, the medical assistant called me and told me the NP they assigned me to wouldn't be seeing me over telehealth nor renewing my prescription and required I come in for an in-person visit. The first available appointment wasn't for nearly another month. I asked if they would bridge my medication, which isn't even a controlled substance, and they told me no. I quickly called another provider, got a same day appointment, and a prescription renewal. My family and I will not be returning to MHC.
