Don't go here. They will force you to do a new patient appointment twice, then tell you that you need thousands of dollars of work, then say they have to do prior authorizations for your insurance and you can't make any appointments until that's approved. Then you'll never hear from them again, even after your insurance approves it.

I have called multiple times a week for a month trying to figure out what's going on. My insurance approved the work they requested, yet no one ever answers the phone. Doesn't matter what day of week or time of day.

The one and only time someone did answer they told me they couldn't help me and I'd have to wait for them to call me.

I'm in pain and now I have to start all over with a new dentist. Don't go here, they don't care and they will treat you like garbage for no reason other than their own selfishness.

Poor customer service and good luck filing complaints because no one answers those either.

We called about a sliding bracket and got a call back the next day. Dr Slivka and his team are always super kind and professional with my adult daughter with special needs. We will miss them when these braces come off!

This office is the best Dental office I have ever been to. Very friendly, welcoming, makes you at ease, does not demean you for not going in a while. Very upfront and honest. Always knew exactly how much it was going to cost and was even more excited when it was less than the estimated costs.

Emergency a week ago. They got me in and checked. They were thorough, helpful and pleasant. Got me scheduled for a root canal the next morning then temporary crown. Plus only 15 minutes away. Longterm dentist is out of the country and an hour's drive away.

This is the worst dental office in Tucson. Got a crown at the Marana office. The temporary crown fell off within hours of having it attached 2x but is only temporary so I lived with it. On my follow up visit I get contacted an hour before my appointment that the permanent crown has not been delivered and I need to make a new appointment. If I would have been contacted the day before I would not have had to take off work. I guess the patients time is of no value. I got a bill between my first and second visit but I figured I would just pay at the office. Big mistake, they charged me an extra $20, then when I came back with my bill THEY REFUSED to reimburse me! I guess the accounts person just pockets the extra cash. I'm definitely looking for a new dental office and would not recommended Gental Dental marana.

The staff at this Gentle Dental location have gone above and beyond for me as a recent patient (June / July 2024). I got a card and wrote down all their names to ensure they were properly thanked for excellence in care and service.

Linda and Graciella - office management team are compassionate, efficient and willing to help with urgent scheduling and call backs. Their client service is a relationship to them and set the positive tone for my entire visit with their office.

Dr. Bhalla – excellent skill, extremely detailed, considerate and provided thorough care. I saw him twice, and he shared detailed options. On the date of the procedure, he checked throughout and ensured I had no pain during the process nor after. He was mindful of pre-existing conditions and medicine, gave me prescription antibiotics prior, and I am grateful the level of comfortable care I received.

Eileen – dental technician, kept me comfortable and worked with a positive, reassuring manner. She is thorough and provides good instructions during care and for my upcoming follow up care visits.

Heather – dental hygienist, came over at Dr. Bhalla’s request to do a quick exam to schedule the best category of dental cleaning. Unbelievably, when she saw I was on a pre-treatment antibiotic, she paused – she verified insurance coverage allowances, asked me first and then literally squeezed me into her schedule right then and did my cleaning. I could not believe her thoughtful kindness! She gave me helpful tips as well for follow up care.

Thank you to this team! Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough about how much I love this place and my dentist is awesome!! Anytime I've had a tooth pulled I was in a ton of pain afterwards and he pulled 2 that other dentists said it would take a while bc it was going to break and it took him a min and didn't brake it not even a little and i had no pain after what so ever! they also accept my insurance which is hard for me to find anyone!
